dotMobi will set up an .mobi for each other gTLD and cctLD domain???

For the dotMobi ccTLD.mobi initiatives, it seems that they want to set up an .mobi site for each gTLD and ccTLD domain rather than grant the ccTLD.mobi to local ccTLD. Just my guess :)
